What you need:

  • 12 pcs. Flour tortillas
  • 12 teaspoons honey
  • 12 teaspoons cinnamon sugar
  • 6 teaspoons cayenne pepper
  • 12 toothpicks
  • Cooking spray

Lightly spray a side of one tortilla with cooking spray and place on a pre-heated skillet sprayed side down. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon cinnamon sugar and cook for 1 minute. What you need:

  • 3 cups quick-cooking oats
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

In a pan over medium heat, bring sugar, butter, milk and cocoa to a boil. Set aside. In a large bowl, stir together oats, peanut butter and vanilla extract. Pour hot mixture over oats and mix well. Drop by batches on wax paper and allow to cool.
